European Road Freight Coordinator / Supervisor – Export

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate European road freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Support import/export operations and ensure compliance with customs procedures.
• Assist with costing, quotations, and invoicing.
• Liaise with drivers, subcontractors, and European partners.
• Monitor deliveries, transport costs, and service performance.
• Plan routes and manage daily transport schedules.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Support operational reporting and KPI tracking.
• Assist with team coordination, workload distribution, and daily supervision (for Supervisor level).
• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company procedures and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in European road freight / transport operations.
• Good understanding of import/export processes and customs requirements.
• Experience in a coordinator or supervisory role (or ready to step up).
• Familiarity with transport planning and logistics systems.
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment.
• IT literate (Microsoft Office; transport systems experience advantageous).
