About The Role
We are looking for a Business Tax Assistant Manager to join our tax team in Northern Ireland. The role focuses on delivering a robust and tax‑efficient service to help clients meet their wider objectives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of taxation and support clients navigating an ever‑changing environment.
- Manage your own client portfolio and actively seek opportunities for cross‑selling other CPs.
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services.
- Support junior members of the team, providing training and mentorship to boost overall performance.
- Work closely with other departments within the firm, building an internal network to provide a seamless service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and sound judgement, building quality relationships internally and with clients.
- Experience in a practice environment, comfortable working with multiple clients.
- ACCA / ATT / ACA qualified, nearly qualified or equivalent, or working towards your CTA qualification.
- Driven and creative, with a keen interest in learning more about tax.
