Operations Manager (iGaming / Digital Gaming Environment)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Upto £80k DOE + Bonus
We are supporting the search for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operational delivery within a fast-scaling digital gaming business operating in regulated markets.
This is a senior, hands‑on role focused on ensuring smooth execution across product operations, supplier coordination, performance monitoring, and cross‑functional delivery. You will act as a central point between commercial, product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure operational stability and strong player experience outcomes.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead and coordinate daily operational activity across digital gaming products, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution and platform reliability
- Oversee game and product releases, ensuring correct configuration, compliance alignment, and operational readiness
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners, ensuring service levels, delivery timelines, and operational standards are met
- Monitor performance metrics across products, identifying issues, trends, and opportunities for optimisation
- Support incident and issue management, ensuring fast resolution and clear internal communication during live operational events
- Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure improvements are properly prioritised and delivered
- Maintain oversight of operational risks, including system issues, player‑impacting incidents, and supplier dependencies
- Contribute to reporting for senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks, and key operational insights
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and operational frameworks
What we’re looking for
- Several years of experience in iGaming, online gaming, sportsbook, casino, or digital entertainment operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end operational delivery in a fast‑paced digital environment
- Experience working with product, tech, or commercial teams in a cross‑functional setup
- Confident managing third‑party suppliers or platform partners
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and operational trends
- Comfortable working in high‑pressure, fast‑moving environments with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
