Legal Counsel – Commercial Technology (Immediate Start)

We’re looking for an experienced commercial technology lawyer to support a busy, fast-moving technology business on an interim basis.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial and partnership technology agreements
• Supporting deal teams on strategic transactions
• Advising on legal risk in a practical, business-focused way
• Creating and improving contract templates and processes

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in commercial contracts within a tech or SaaS environment
• Strong experience with partnership / channel / reseller agreements
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
