We are currently working with a well-regarded global Law Firm, seeking a HR Data Analyst to join their growing HR Operations function, in a newly created role.
Salary – up to £50k
Role can be remote with occasional travel to firm’s offices.
Duties will include:
- Take ownership of the quality and reliability of HR data, ensuring employee information across systems is well governed, compliant and fit for purpose.
- Deliver meaningful people reporting, responding to both regular and one‑off requests and helping stakeholders access the insights they need to make informed decisions.
- Explore and interpret HR data to spot patterns, highlight potential risks and surface opportunities that can support workforce and business planning.
- Act as a go‑to point of contact for HR data, supporting colleagues across the firm with queries, interpretation and practical use of people metrics.
- Work closely with HR, HR Systems and IT partners to improve how data is captured, used and reported across global HR processes.
- Play an active role in evolving HR analytics and reporting approaches, continuously improving data quality, governance and the value of insight provided.
- Use advanced Excel and reporting tools to analyse and present data clearly; experience with dashboards or visualisation tools.
- Bring a proactive, detail‑focused approach, balancing multiple priorities while taking pride in delivering accurate, insightful and well‑structured outputs.
You must have strong experience in HR Data Analytics and be confident working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
