My client, a leading and inclusive law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to work on complex, high-value disputes while supporting the development of junior lawyers within a collaborative and progressive environment.
The Role
The successful Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including disputes relating to contracts, shareholder agreements, insolvency, and professional negligence. You will provide strategic legal advice to clients, handle mediation and negotiation processes, draft key legal documentation, and represent clients in hearings where required. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 4 + years’ PQE in commercial litigation
- Proven experience managing complex disputes from inception to resolution
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers is advantageous
