Job Description:

LOUISE BRADLEY Design Studio is a busy, London-based, internationally recognised, and highly regarded Interior Design and Interior Architecture practice, providing turn-key services to discerning Clients in the luxury residential market. Projects range in size and complexity and are located across the world.

As an Associate Designer at Louise Bradley you will;

Be a key creative and managerial leader across a portfolio of high-end UK and international interior projects.

You will guide projects from concept through to completion ensuring the studio’s exceptional standards are met at every stage.

You will lead and inspire project teams, manage the design process across all RIBA stages, and be responsible for both creative and technical delivery.

You will help shape and maintain the studio’s design language, internal protocols, and quality standards, pushing the boundaries of creativity, while nurturing a talented team and shaping the future of a distinguished high end residential interior design studio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead concept presentations: interpret briefs, direct appointed designers, and develop visually rich and coherent concept designs.

Oversee design development through all stages, from initial concept to installation, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of projects.

Provide technical design oversight for interior architecture, detailed drawings, FF&E specification, and interior finishes.

Manage project budgets and costs ensuring they are aligned with fee proposals, flagging variances when necessary.

Develop and maintain QA/QC processes for the interior design team to ensure consistency and excellence across all outputs.

Liaise cross-functionally with design, procurement, and project management teams to improve efficiency and delivery quality.

Support Senior Management in preparing project proposals, scope definitions, fee proposals and team allocation.

Mentor, train and help recruit design team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing and creative studio environment.

Provide direction and support aligned with Louise Bradley’s design ethos, nurturing talent and ensuring coherence across projects.

Skills & Qualities

Proficiency in Interior Design, including conceptualising and executing sophisticated design projects

Experience in Space Planning and Architecture, with a focus on optimising layout and functionality

Competence in creating and interpreting detailed design drawings and plans

Knowledge of FF&E selection and specification for luxury and bespoke interiors

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in design software including Vectorworks and Adobe Suite

Well-presented and client facing.

Excellent organisational skills and leadership qualities.

Solution orientated, ability to multi-task and innovatively minded.

Previous experience in high-end residential or commercial projects
