Job Introduction

We are seeking a polished and professional Guest Service Ambassador to join a high-end, multi-tenanted commercial building in Central London. This front-of-house role is all about delivering a seamless, five-star welcome experience for tenants and visitors in a modern, design-led workspace environment.

You will be representing a leading commercial property organisation known for creating sustainable, people-focused buildings where service, community, and experience are central to daily operations.

Full-time, Permanent40 hours per weekMonday-Friday (7:00am-7:00pm, rota basis)Location: Central LondonSalary: £31,571

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering a warm, professional welcome to all guests and tenants
  • Managing reception duties in line with service standards and procedures
  • Handling enquiries face-to-face, by phone, and email in a confident and timely manner
  • Supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the reception and shared areas
  • Providing accurate information about building facilities and services
  • Liaising with building management to escalate and resolve issues when needed
  • Maintaining a calm, organised approach in a busy front-of-house environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer-facing experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Background in hospitality, corporate reception, airlines, or luxury service environments desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional, confident, and approachable manner
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
  • A proactive, service-driven attitude
