You will also act as a key point of contact for client communications, including rescheduling appointments and supporting booking adjustments, helping to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.The ideal candidate is someone with strong coordination skills, high attention to detail, and preferred experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
