As an arcade manager you would be responsible for  Ensuring the day to day running of all site operations Review arcade and machine performances Ensure cash collections are carried out accurately and securely High standards are maintained throughout the site Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and followed providing a safe environment for all staff and customers Ensure a good working environment for your team Motivating, training and developing your team Respond to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner Person Specification: Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail Be available full time. Including weekdays, weekends, and holidays Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours) Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
