We are recruiting a Housekeeping Duty Supervisor to join our dedicated, friendly and professional team at our Edinburgh Central Youth Hostel. This role is suitable for someone who wishes to progress their career in hospitality management, assisting in running a busy city hostel. About the role: Reporting to the Edinburgh Manager, you will: Oversee and manage the daily tasks of housekeeping colleagues, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and public spaces, meeting hostel cleanliness standards. Train new and existing housekeeping colleagues on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and guest service expectations.
