Job Description:

One of our private clients – an UHNW family based in SW London – is seeking an experienced and highly organised Private PA / EA to support the principals and oversee the smooth running of their private household.

This is a key role for a polished, discreet and proactive individual who is comfortable managing a busy family environment while providing high-level private PA support. The successful candidate will act as a central point of organisation for the principals’ personal and family affairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing private PA and EA support to the principals
  • Diary and lifestyle management
  • Organising complex, high-end international travel and itineraries
  • Planning and coordinating family holidays and personal engagements
  • Overseeing household administration and coordinating household staff
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and external service providers
  • Supporting with property-related projects and logistics
  • Acting as a key point of contact to ensure the household runs efficiently

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, discreet and proactive professional with extensive previous experience supporting HNW/UHNW individuals in a private household or family office environment.

You will be confident managing multiple priorities, have excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate strong judgement and discretion.

Key attributes include:

  • Proven experience in a private PA, EA or household management role
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong experience arranging high-end travel and itineraries
  • A calm, professional and flexible approach
  • A proactive mindset with a “no job too small” attitude

Working Arrangements

  • Based from the family home in SW London Monday-Friday, with limited/no hybrid/remote working.
  • Typically five days per week, with flexibility and ability to be on-call out-of-hours when required

Salary

c. £90,000 – £100,000 + discretionary bonus
