We are recruiting for a Senior Lawyer on a 6 month fixed term to join a fast-growing, technology-driven logistics business with a strong European presence and an expanding footprint in the UK. Known for its innovative, customer-focused approach, the company offers a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
The role will focus primarily on general commercial matters, alongside a number of exciting new projects that you can get involved in from day one. We are seeking a high-calibre commercial lawyer with an outstanding academic background. The position offers a significant degree of autonomy, allowing you to take real ownership of your work while partnering closely with key stakeholders across the business.
Key skills and experience:
- 8+ years’ PQE
- Strong commercial contracts experience
- Strong background in commercial law
- Experience working in a business-to-consumer environment
- Excellent communicator, negotiator and drafter
- Comfortable advising on a broad range of commercial agreements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy
- Strong academic record and training from a reputable law firm or in-house team
