This is a high-impact, customer-facing AI leadership role where you’ll shape, sell and deliver real-world AI solutions – and build the practice behind them.

You’ll sit at the centre of growth, working across pre-sales, solution design and delivery, helping customers unlock value from Azure, Power Platform and AI technologies.

You’ll play a key role in expanding AI capability, talent and revenue – owning how the practice is built, how opportunities are won, and how solutions land in the real world.

The Role

  • Define and lead AI practice standards, accelerators and delivery frameworks
  • Lead AI-focused pre-sales and solution shaping across Microsoft technologies
  • Design end-to-end solutions across Azure AI, Power Platform and automation
  • Drive new business and account growth through AI-led opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, engaging customers from discovery through to delivery
  • Develop commercially strong, value-led proposals
  • Own high-level design, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and outcome-focused
  • Mentor practitioners and build capability through reusable assets and collaboration
  • Promote practical, value-driven AI delivery across the business
  • What You’ll Bring

    • Experience leading or growing a practice within the Microsoft ecosystem
    • Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure AI, Power Platform and Copilot Studio
    • Background in pre-sales, solution design and customer engagement
    • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
    • Confidence engaging and influencing at senior stakeholder and C-suite level
    • A passion for building teams, capability and community around AI
