Operating from a purpose-built, state-of-the-art fermentery in Buckinghamshire, the business has quickly established itself as a leader in sophisticated non-alcoholic sparkling beverages, with strong traction across premium retail and hospitality. With continued scale-up and international expansion underway, they are now looking to hire a Senior Packaging Operator to support production and packaging operations.
You will be responsible for:
• Supporting the Packaging Lead in operating and maintaining bottling and canning lines
• Alternating between shift supervisor and hands-on support across packaging operations
• Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and health & safety protocols
• Monitoring packaging performance and identifying efficiency improvements
• Troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues across packaging equipment
• Collaborating with Production and Fermentation teams to optimise processes
• Supporting wider production, filtration, and warehouse activities where required
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has hands-on packaging experience within food or beverage manufacturing (bottling/canning preferred)
• Brings a mechanical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to fix and improve equipment
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving production environment
• Shows initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach
• Works well within a close-knit, collaborative team
• Holds a UK forklift licence (preferred)
