About the Role
A leading international executive leadership firm is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a senior Partner. This is a newly created role offering far more than traditional PA duties—you’ll gain hands-on exposure to client engagement, business development, and programme delivery across a global client base.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team working with top business leaders worldwide, with exciting projects in the pipeline.
They are also a friendly and collaborative team with a great office culture.
Responsibiities:
- Complex diary management
- Researching profiles and preparing briefing material
- Coordinating engagements with UK & US clients
- Supporting client onboarding and relationship management
- Tracking client activity and updating the Partner
- Handling contracts, invoices, and administrative processes
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and research
- Supporting client events and programme delivery
- Coordinating logistics and compiling participant materials
- Assisting with pipeline tracking and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Previous PA or strong administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder awareness
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Salary up to £50,000 plus great benefits.
