Cure Talent are supporting a growing healthcare organisation involved in the delivery of clinical studies across Europe and international markets. As part of ongoing activity, we are looking for a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support study delivery and site engagement across multiple programmes.

This is a coordination-focused role, working alongside project leadership and cross-functional teams to support the smooth running of clinical studies. You will take ownership of day-to-day study activity, maintaining oversight of timelines, site engagement and data flow, ensuring studies progress in line with expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track study progress across key milestones, including site activity, recruitment and data collection, ensuring alignment with timelines
  • Act as a central point of contact for study sites, managing day-to-day communication and maintaining engagement
  • Support study start-up and ongoing coordination of site requirements, ensuring readiness and compliance
  • Monitor study performance, identifying risks or delays and driving follow-up actions to resolution
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and expectations
  • Maintain study documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy and readiness for audit or inspection
  • Support data tracking and query management activities, ensuring consistency across systems and reported outputs
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and required actions

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Proven experience within clinical research, working within a Sponsor or CRO environment
  • Proven experience supporting clinical studies across multiple sites and regions
  • Familiarity with clinical regulations and compliance requirements within Europe
  • Experience working with clinical data systems and study documentation processes
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-ups
  • Clear communication skills, with experience working across sites and cross-functional teams
