A progressive and friendly Legal 500 firm with a top tier property team is looking for a Senior Solicitor at an Associate or Senior Associate to join their reputable Property Litigation team. They manage a diverse caseload of complex real estate disputes including (but not limited to) landlord and tenant matters, lender and borrower disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, and forfeiture, for high value commercial and residential clients.
With around 60 Solicitors, strong support, and a national reach, this is an excellent opportunity for a strong Solicitor to work in the west-end within a close-nit firm that values high quality work and a good work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Real Estate Disputes focusing on high value commercial and residential clients with complex matters,
- Assist partners with the management of the team, and support junior members of staff in developing their careers and managing cases,
- Develop a client-base following the business plans of those leading the team, handling clients directly and developing ongoing relationships,
- Take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations and ensure full compliance,
- Attend client meetings, court hearings and conferences.
Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor with 4-7 years PQE (other levels to be considered on a case by case basis) in a reputable boutique, national or international firm,
- Experience managing a wide variety of property litigation matters, to include commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes,
- Ability to lead in relevant matters while assisting junior members of staff,
- A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for personal growth and strong interpersonal skills.
