Role: Admin Officer

Location: Ballymena

Hours: Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm
Pay: £28,000 – £30,000


We are working a with a well-established, quality driven manufacturing business to recruit a temporary Admin Officer to cover a period of maternity leave for 9-12 months

The Role:

In this role, youll manage a high-volume purchase ledger, process supplier invoices, support payroll, and handle key admin tasks such as purchase orders, reconciliations, and general office coordination. Youll also provide cover across the wider admin team when needed.


The Requirements:

  • Previous admin experience, ideally within a Finance environment
  • Experience managing purchase Ledger (Invoices, Reconciliations)
