The Opportunity

A growing, globally-backed insurance function is looking to hire an Account Executive to join its London team.

This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a client-facing, sales environment. You’ll be provided with a strong pipeline of warm leads, allowing you to focus on building relationships, advising clients, and converting opportunities.

Working within a sophisticated, international business, you’ll leverage London Market access and a broad insurer network to deliver tailored solutions across a wide range of commercial risks.

The Role

  • Manage and convert a steady flow of warm inbound and internal leads
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advising on appropriate insurance solutions
  • Place business into the London Market, negotiating with insurers to secure competitive terms
  • Advise across a range of commercial insurance products, including Property, Liability, and Financial Lines
  • Deliver a polished, professional service throughout the full sales lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal broking and servicing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and grow client accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and client records

About You

  • Proven experience in a commercial insurance Account Executive / sales role
  • Strong London Market experience, with exposure to placing risks and negotiating with insurers
  • Demonstrable sales acumen with a track record of converting opportunities
  • Well-presented, confident, and professional in client-facing situations
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships at all levels
  • Comfortable advising across a broad range of commercial insurance products
  • Driven, proactive, and motivated by targets and earning xwzovoh potential
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
