OUR CLIENT Full service Legal 500 law firm THE ROLE We have a vacancy for a talented 3 – 4 PQE Associate Solicitor, to join a well-regarded Real Estate Disputes team The post holder will be expected to handle a wide range of real estate dispute matters This will include,- party wall claims, developer claims Proactively conducting and dealing with landlord and tenant matters Possession proceedings on behalf of landlords and lenders Contested lease renewals Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service Assisting senior members of the team on high value/complex litigation THE CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have excellent academics and relevant real estate litigation experience from a top-quality commercial practice. You will be a self-starter ready to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
