Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong background in engineering and design to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across complex infrastructure or regulated environments. The successful candidate will combine technical credibility with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and delivery focus.

Key Requirements

• Proven management experience leading engineering and design teams.
• Strong engineering background with the ability to engage across technical disciplines.
• Solid understanding and practical experience of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
• Experience in product systems engineering / systems-based delivery environments.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, programmes, budgets, risk, and delivery milestones.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Desirable

• Experience within the nuclear sector or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with assurance, governance, and safety-critical delivery environments.

Engagement Options

• Permanent or Contract (Inside IR35).
