The Role
EA roles
- Acting as a key EA support partner to senior leadership
- Heavy Diary management
- Complex travel arrangements could change day to day, so booking and rebooking
- Organise Events, board meetings, and investor meetings
- Meeting support, taking notes
- Rarely out of hours
- Private support – minimal, booking dinners or dropping off post
Office Manager roles
- Keep the office running smoothly
- Once weekly Breakfasts for the team
- Weekly food shops Stocking up on food or stationery
- Host for new starters – welcoming occasional guests Supporting the wider team
The candidate
- Experience in the creative, media, sports, startups,
- Previous experience supporting C-suites as an EA
- Grad or grad calibre
- Experience in complex travel and heavy diary management
- Confident, sharp, energetic, solutions-focused
- Able to prioritise and understand the importance of the CEOs time
- Experience using G-Suite
