The Role
As Head of Physics, you will lead the Physics provision and play a key role within the wider Science department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the Physics department
- Delivering and developing an engaging and rigorous Physics curriculum
- Raising attainment and progress across Key Stages 3-5
- Supporting and developing teaching staff within the department

- A qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge in Physics
- Proven experience teaching Physics at secondary level
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- A track record of strong student outcomes
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- A passion for inspiring students in science
- Located within or able to travel to West London
