They advise on some of the most high-profile developments across the UK and offer the full remit of planning advice across all aspects of the sector including complex applications and negotiations, infrastructure consenting, and court litigation work. The Work
Some of the team's recent work of significance includes;
- Advising on a multi-billion pound scheme which encompasses a new town centre, thousands of homes, tens of thousands of jobs, and major road and public transport improvements.
- Advising in connection with a new sustainable urban extension to an existing site.
- Advising on DCO's for major highways schemes.
- Advising on high-profile commercial development projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with team members and supporting colleagues with major projects.
- Managing your own caseload and working to tight deadlines.
- Provide accurate and cohesive advice to a variety of clients.
- Assist with and contribute to the presentation of BD and client initiatives.
