A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join its growing team.

You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Partner on a broad range of family matters, including complex financial cases and private children work, while developing your own caseload. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting a senior lawyer on complex cases
• Managing your own caseload of family matters
• Advising on divorce, financial settlements, children and relationship agreements
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high levels of service
• Contributing to business development and marketing activity
• Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards

The Candidate

• 3–5 years’ PQE in family law
• Experience across a range of private family matters
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• A team player with a client-focused approach
