Associate Counsellor

Lena by Inspire are recruiting for Associate Counsellors for our services based across Northern Ireland, covering the following locations: Belfast, Coleraine, Derry or Down.

If you are interested in becoming an Associate Counsellor for a progressive and dynamic organisation and want to make a real difference - promoting mental well-being, ability and recovery for all, through the delivery of solutions focused counselling in your local area, then get on board with Inspire!

If you have:

• BACP (or equivalent) accreditation
• L2 Child Protection & Adult Safeguarding (within past 3 years or willing to complete)
• Min. 200 hours of post-qualifying experience
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Are willing to complete CTC Clearance

To ensure our Associate Counsellors’ have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver a high-quality service we provide;

• full clinical and operational inductions;
• ongoing operational and clinical support/consult cover;
• payment towards venue hire costs;
• access to regular CPD events;
• monthly newsletters;
• themed-topical continued professional development days to keep abreast of emergent developments in the field and;
• regular opportunities to network with peers-colleagues.
