We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support delivery on a warehouse project in Southampton.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity working on a fast-paced industrial build, offering the chance to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of ongoing M&E projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all on-site electrical installation works
- Coordinate subcontractors and electrical site teams
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Liaise with project management, clients, and other trades
- Monitor progress against programme and support site reporting
- Ensure all H&S procedures and RAMS are adhered to
- Conduct quality checks and snagging inspections
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within M&E / construction
- Strong background on warehouse, industrial, or commercial projects
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills
- Good understanding of electrical installations and site delivery
- Strong communication and organisational ability
- SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
- ECS / CSCS (desirable)
- First Aid
