Shop Manager

Your responsibilities as Shop Manager

• Oversee the full day-to-day running of the retail shop
• Drive sales, footfall, and repeat customer visits
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and shop presentation
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
• Coordinate and support click & collect operations
• Work closely with the butchery team to ensure product quality and availability

What we’re looking for in a Shop Manager

• Previous experience in retail management (food retail, farm shop, or similar)
• Strong understanding of driving sales and commercial performance
• Experience managing stock, merchandising, and shop standards
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Confidence working in a hands‑on retail environment

Working hours

Tuesday-Saturday, 7/8am-5pm, plus occasional Sunday
