Responsibilities

• Overseeing all M&E installations on-site to ensure they are completed to the highest standard.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Monitoring and enforcing health & safety compliance on site.
• Carrying out quality checks and inspections on all mechanical and electrical works.
• Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
• Reviewing and managing project drawings to ensure they are up to date and adhered to.
• Managing daily site reports, progress updates, and toolbox talks.
• Resolving any on-site issues that may arise regarding M&E installations.
