Location: Southwest – covering Exeter, Somerset and DorsetSalary: £43,00 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per weekContract: Permanent

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to lead and oversee services and projects across the Southwest region. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing teams and operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and operational oversight across services in Exeter, Somerset and Dorset
• Manage, support and develop regional teams to ensure high performance and quality outcomes
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, regulatory standards and contractual requirements
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, partners and commissioners
• Monitor budgets, performance metrics and operational risks across the region
• Participate in an out‑of‑hours on‑call rota as required

About You

• Proven experience in a regional, operational or senior management role
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities across a geographically dispersed region
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong decision‑making abilities

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle (business insurance required for work‑related travel)
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Southwest region
• Ability to participate in an out‑of‑hours on‑call rota
