Reeson Education is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join a welcoming primary school in North London, within the borough of Enfield, including Enfield Town, Edmonton, Southgate, Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill.

This Site Manager role is ideal for an experienced Site Manager who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and well-functioning school environment. The successful Site Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the school site is secure, compliant and ready to support teaching and learning each day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the school site as a Site Manager
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the school as a Site Manager
• Carry out repairs and general maintenance as a Site Manager
• Manage contractors and site services as a Site Manager
• Ensure site security, including opening and closing the premises as a Site Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of outdoor and indoor areas as a Site Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager or in facilities/site management
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Practical maintenance and DIY skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively as a Site Manager
• Reliable, proactive and organised approach as a Site Manager
• Commitment to maintaining a safe school environment
