As our Finance and Benefits Manager, you'll be part of cross functional project teams, creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to deliver their best work.
You'll lead the development and delivery of a strong benefits framework making sure benefits are clearly defined, owned, tracked, and achieved throughout the lifecycle of the Good to Great Programme. You'll work closely with senior leaders, programme teams, and benefit owners to ensure both cashable and non‑cashable benefits are realistic, measurable, and aligned to organisational priorities.
You'll also be a key member of the Finance Leadership and Management Team, acting as a positive role model for our values, encouraging collaboration, and helping embed a culture of accountability, learning, and service excellence.
This is a leadership role with real influence, where your expertise will help shape decision making, assurance, and long‑term value for Karbon.
You're a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance and benefits management, and you're comfortable working in complex, fast‑paced environments.
You'll bring experience of leading benefits realisation across programmes or major change initiatives, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, analyse data, and provide clear, insightful reporting. You enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and have a collaborative approach that helps bring people with you.
