Part-Time Deputy Chief Executive & Finance Leader

Morgan Law is currently recruiting for a Section 151/Deputy Chief Executive for a local authority in London. The role is designed for a part-time commitment of 3 days per week, with a requirement to be on-site at least once a week. The successful candidate will oversee financial policy and management, act as the Council’s statutory Section 151 Officer, and implement improvement plans. Candidates must be fully qualified CCAB accountants with extensive experience in financial strategy and management accounting.
