The Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner to provide commercial insight and strategic financial support to senior stakeholders. This role acts as a trusted advisor, translating financial performance data into clear analysis and practical recommendations that drive informed decision‑making, efficiency and sustainable growth.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help shape budgets, forecasts and long‑term plans while challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning for your service line
- Build robust revenue and resource forecasts aligned to pipeline, capacity and utilisation
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and explain key performance drivers
- Identify risks, opportunities, trends and cost‑saving initiatives
- Support pricing decisions and engagement profitability from proposal through delivery
- Produce clear financial reporting and dashboards to aid proactive decision‑making
- Act as a bridge between finance and the wider business, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including new systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance and policies
Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant with 5–10 years’ relevant experience
- Strong financial analysis, modelling and forecasting skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Advanced Excel and solid Microsoft Office skills
