The Professional Services team sits within the Customer Success department. We provide consultation and enablement to HiBob customers, supporting them through implementation to ensure they get the best out of the solution.

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive manager to lead our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and a bias toward excellent client service, is analytical, organized, quick to learn, and serious about making an impact.
