Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive manager to lead our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and a bias toward excellent client service, is analytical, organized, quick to learn, and serious about making an impact.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of managing a Professional Services team.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills, including C‑suite communication.
- Experience utilizing AI and professional service tools.
- Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Experience executing implementation services in a SaaS environment.
- Skillful capacity management and team development.
- Ability to manage the P&L of a Professional Services team.
- Capacity to manage a wide portfolio of individual and team projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
- Knowledge of HR is highly regarded.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and an ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap.
- A can‑do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor and enable a team of Implementation Managers.
- Work closely with customers to help them achieve their business goals and promote best practice.
- Oversee and be accountable for the portfolio of projects owned by your team.
- Partner with HiBob’s Go‑to‑Market organization in outlining excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate with customers and prospects, building bespoke Statements of Work and Project Plans to align to delivery.
- Become a trusted advisor and ambassador of change in customers’ workspace.
- Advocate for our customers in collaborating with other departments across the organization, including Product and Development.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from point of sale through deployment.
- Gather system requirements and business objectives from customers.
- Assess how best to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices and successful deployment.
- Meet and exceed departmental KPIs through data‑driven analysis, planning and execution.
- Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams.
