Role and duties
The shift pattern for this post is: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Deep Brain Stimulation and Movement Disorder Team, based in the Institute of Neurological Sciences, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. This post will support the clinical team in the operation of outpatient clinics, inpatient management and a telephone helpline to support patients in the management of their movement disorder. This post will have exposure to patients undergoing Deep Brain Stimulation, and they will assist and develop treatment plans to that effect.
Applicants with experience in movement disorder and advanced neurological conditions are welcome. This post is advertised as a Band 7 position, however, should interested applicants not meet all criteria this post will also be available as a B7 Annexe 21 until the required competencies are met.
