Room Leader

The Role

We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our lovely team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading others, sharing ideas, and creating a nurturing space where children can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a room and supporting your team day-to-day
• Planning fun, engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
• Building strong, positive relationships with children and their families
• Keeping track of children’s progress and celebrating their achievementsMaking sure everyone feels safe, happy, and included

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
• Experience working in a nursery setting (leadership experience is a bonus!)
• A positive, can-do attitude and great teamwork skills
• Someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about working with children
• Good knowledge of the EYFS (but we’ll support you to grow!)
