In-house 2PQE+ Commercial and Technology Lawyer

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial and technology agreements (e.g., software, SaaS, cloud, data, and services).
- Draft and negotiate contracts across suppliers, clients, and partners.
- Manage legal and regulatory risks in line with internal policies.
- Partner with procurement, technology, and business teams.
- Support effective risk management and collaborate across legal teams.
Requirements
- 2PQE+ (in-house or private practice).
- Strong background in commercial and technology law.
- Ability to manage workload independently and work with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services regulation (e.g., outsourcing, operational resilience).
- Background working with or advising regulated institutions.
