Digital Waffle are partnered with an award-winning PR agency who are looking for a Social Account Director to join their exciting and rapidly growing social team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with well-known brands, lead high-impact campaigns, and play a key role in shaping standout social strategies.
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £62,000
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead client social strategies across organic, paid, content, and influencer activity.
- Manage key client relationships, reporting, performance insights, and expectations.
- Oversee campaign delivery, content calendars, community management, and compliance.
- Own analytics, testing, optimisation, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage budgets, scopes of work, vendors, and team resourcing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop social specialists.
- Support pitches, proposals, case studies, and client growth opportunities.
- Contribute to agency thought leadership, training, and integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- 5–6 years’ experience in social strategy/management within an agency environment.
- Proven campaign track record with recognisable brands.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimisation skills.
- Excellent client management and communication expertise.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
