A leading UK housebuilding company is seeking a Personal Assistant to work closely with the Construction Director. You will manage schedules, coordinate project communications, and support the daily operations of the construction department.
Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Report preparation
- Liaising with teams
- Managing confidential information
- Full diary and administrative support, coordination of divisional communications, preparation of reports and documentation, liaison across internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting HR/People processes, initiating actions in the HR system, tracking completion of manager tasks, maintaining accurate people‑related records
- Delivering clear, consistent and timely communications to all employees across the Division including site teams, sales offices and office‑based colleagues.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior PA experience, strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements also include excellent organisation, strong IT capability, and a keen eye for detail.
