Overview

An excellent opportunity for a Lead Engineer to join a critical environment in Harlow. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take on a leadership position within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment, working for a leading facilities management provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering operations across the site
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Provide technical guidance to on-site engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards
• Support continuous improvement and reliability of critical systems

Requirements

• Strong background in a critical environment (data centres, healthcare, or similar)
• HV/LV knowledge or experience preferred
• Proven experience in a lead or senior engineering role
• Good understanding of building services xlqdzyr systems
• Strong communication and organisational skills
