Overview

Obsolescence Manager — 6 month contract — Based in Bolton — Offering up to £60ph Inside IR35.

Do you have experience in obsolescence/change management and with electronic/test equipment? If so, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Managing Proactive and Reporting Services
• Implementing Strategy for Obsolescence Management
• Technical Assessment working with Engineering teams to manage changes
• Managing Resources and Workload Planning

Qualifications / Skills

• Engineering Degree or relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience of managing Obsolescence
• Knowledge and experience of electronic equipment
• Ability to manage discreet work packages, prepare bids, control costs, and deliver solutions
• Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team

Security / Location

Due to the nature of the work, MOD security clearance may be required. Based in Bolton.
