Contracts Manager

About the Opportunity

Our client is recruiting permanently for a Contracts Manager to join their remediation contracting division. Reporting directly to the Remediation Director, you will be responsible for managing the profitable delivery of remediation, earthworks and infrastructure projects, typically valued between £3M and £6M.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the technical, operational and commercial aspects of multiple projects.
• Lead and oversee project teams and external subcontractors.
• Liaise with end clients to ensure project success.

Salary & Benefits

Targeted remuneration ranges from £65,000 to £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience and suitability. A generous benefits package includes a company vehicle or car allowance, pension scheme enrolment, payment of professional membership fees, and support toward attaining professional qualifications such as chartered status.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a similar role within earthworks, contaminated land and/or brownfield remediation.
• Residency within commutable distance to West Yorkshire, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to work nationally across the North Midlands, Yorkshire and County Durham, including travel away from home during the week when required.
