The role

Hands-on, individual contributor FP&A Manager with no direct reports. The successful candidate will own the finance function end-to-end and interact with the C-suite on a daily basis. This is a pure doer role.

Key responsibilities

• Annual budget cycle
• Monthly budget reviews
• 13-week cashflow forecasting
• 3 and 5 year business planning

Candidate requirements

• ACA qualified, Big 4 or Top 10 audit background (~3 years)
• 3-8 years FP&A Manager experience in industry
• Knows FP&A inside out and can operate independently with no support
• Articulate, confident and polished, able to hold daily C-suite conversations
• Sharp, switched on and extremely hard working
