Let's not dress this up. If you're a Drylining Contracts Manager, you already know the score: too many jobs are underpriced, underplanned, and then somehow the problem is yours to fix. This isn’t that.
We're working with a contractor that actually knows how to run work properly. Good clients. Proper pipeline, and jobs that are set up to earn a profit.
Responsibilities
- Run multiple drylining / interiors packages.
- Manage Site Managers and ensure standards do not slip.
- Keep programme tight, quality high, and costs where they should be.
- Deal with clients when things get sticky—and sort it.
Qualifications
- Has experience in drylining, not just 'a bit of interiors once'.
- Can handle multiple jobs without them falling apart.
- Understands where money is made (and where it quietly disappears).
- Does not need chasing, spoon‑feeding, or managing (i.e., self‑managed).
Benefits
- Hybrid working, trusted to manage your time like an adult.
- No constant chaos from poorly set‑up jobs.
- Backed by people who actually understand delivery.
- Left alone to get on with it, because you can.
- Up to £70k salary for the right person.
If you're coasting, this isn't for you. If you're sharp, know your trade, and want to work somewhere that reflects it, click apply and I'll be in touch.
