On Site Project Manager

We are currently working with a good client who is looking for an experienced Site / Project Manager for a Facade & Cladding project in Brighton. This is a good opportunity with a busy contractor that has a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

The Role

• Managing façade and cladding packages on a live site
• Overseeing day-to-day site operations, programme and progress
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials
• Ensuring H&S standards are maintained at all times
• Managing quality control and site standards
• Liaising with clients, consultants and senior management
• Driving the project through to successful completion

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering facade / cladding projects
• Strong background as a Site Manager or Project Manager
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage programmes and site teams effectively
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
