This role requires a structured and proactive manager who can balance cost, schedule, and quality across multiple stakeholders in a demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple maritime projects through the full lifecycle, from planning through to delivery.
- Develop and manage project documentation and technical guidance packs.
- Drive and oversee change processes, ensuring risks and impacts are fully understood and managed.
- Act as the accountable project lead, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and industry standards.
- Track performance, control budgets, and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven background in project management within maritime, engineering, or defence sectors.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects.
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering or technical inputs into structured project deliverables.
- Eligible to obtain high-level UK security clearance.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK when required.
