Field Welfare Advocate - Debt Support & Solutions

Octopus Energy Group is seeking compassionate individuals for customer service roles based in Edinburgh. You will conduct welfare-focused home visits to assist customers in debt with sustainable repayment plans, ensuring to connect them with necessary support. The position requires a valid UK driving license, strong empathy, and resilience to adapt during challenging circumstances. An optional benefit of car allowance is available.
