Graduate Data Analyst

Are you a graduate with a degree in data science, maths or economics and possess an analytical mindset that allows you to spot industry trends? We’re looking for a Graduate Data Analyst to support the business’s commercial growth and improve decision-making and performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, segmentation and competitor analysis.
• Monitor industry trends and share actionable insights with leadership.
• Analyse customer and transactional data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support pipeline management, CRM data quality and deal progression.
• Assist with business cases, bids and commercial proposals.
• Produce commercial performance reports (pipeline, revenue, win‑rates).

Qualifications

• Graduates with a degree in data science, maths, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a love of numbers and experience in commercial or market analysis.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, finance and leadership.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Interest in AI.

Benefits

• Salary of £28,000 to £33,000.
